A simple question to myself, "Is there anyone in this world in front of whom i can be who i really am, not a pretentious face, but the real me, exactly the person who i am in my own thought in front of my own self?" But the stunning thing is, there is no one, not even a single soul, person or thing in front of which, I can be my true self. But why is that so, because i am afraid what people might think about me, what might they assume about me, the horror of it makes me sick and that makes me pretend in front of them. How easy the life would be if we never have to pretend who we are not in front of Others. Own yourself of who you are, life will become easier than ever.

PEACE OF MIND AND DEPRESSION Sometimes when they say peace they are only talking about themselves, everyone wants it, but very few struggles for it, peace of mind that's important for individual, peace of surrounding that's important for a society. We confuse peace of mind with depression as it's opposite but that's not true, peace of mind comes with helping others, not disturbing others, not judging others, not bothering others. Depression is something different, first of all it's a medical term, when hormones in our body are disturbed that causes depression. Peace of mind, only you yourself can get that. For depression you might need someone by your side, to support you, to help you out of it. I know very few will or maybe no one can understand you at that time but trust me they are helpless themselves they so want to but still can't, don't doubt them for them it's also a hard time. BUT PLEASE REACH OUT FOR THOSE WHO ARE IN DEPRESSION.
